Thats good customer service .

 

Still getting some at the house. More expected over the next week or so. I am sssoooooo ready for this to be over.

 

That family has been making pizza pies in this town since the 1940's that I know of. They are all about customer service. And if you don't like it? Furrrrgetabouuuut it!

 

We're both guilty today of not looking at the rate con. Sometimes they stash the loads 10 miles down the road and not at the plant, 45 miles away.

"Where you at dad" "I'm about to pull into the yard" "no you're not keep going up the road."

I was at the plant and gave em the load number. "That's not here, that's sitting in Kirkwood"

 

Shop for now. Sounds like they want to put me in a truck soon.

 

Radiator is about 3 1/2 to 4 years old. Bought brand new as a complete drop in at the local KW dealer….

 

I've done this job. But what I find intriguing, your worn shaft doesn't show slipping, or heat. Did it honestly just wear out that far? It's what it appears. Flat worn out.

 

Pretty bad QC on that rad!

 

Shaft on the pump is worn some, but the pto shaft is just plain worn / stripped out.

I went to move the boom yesterday, it moved a couple inches then stopped. Kept hunting for the problem and found this. It’s back together and working fine now….
