Been a long day, setting on the porch watching next falls dinner menu graze in the yard while indulging in a mixed adult drink….

Good luck, that pilot is pretty crude. Good sized Casey’s on the other side of the 380. Get yourself some breakfast pizza! It’s about the only thing this state is famous for. LOL

That intersection is near Charleston SC. If you like food and mom and pop restaurants it’s probably one of the best places to be. I actually brought my mom to Savannah and Charleston so I could slap her in real time.

Also took mom to see the AngelOak tree and Mepkin Abbey. Careful around the waters in the area, they have gators all over.

 

I like it too.
Had to add it to the collection and play around with it.

 

Once saw a road sign that said
“New York City “ 99 miles.
Took a picture of that sign, sent to the dispatch center. Said this is way too close. Stop it.

 

Decided to grab a load of trailers in Mt. Pleasant, TX going to Loudon, NH today and thumb my nose at the the DOT Blitz. First time in 12 years I have run during the "Blitz". Got to the truck today about 230pm and found a flat drive tire and a blown diaphragm in my right rear trailer brake chamber. Ugh. Tried to replace the brake chamber myself as usual but the #### studs and nuts are rusted and corroded so bad that they spun in the housing and I didn't have the tools with me to just swap out the diaphragm. Now I'm at the T/A in Rockwall, TX about 45 miles from home getting the job done.

Y'all be safe and watch out for "the man"!

 

Still need to get the lights, mudflap, and reflectors but I think it looks ok. I was worried it would look ugly but I guess it’s for function anyway. It does look really low on the tires but I followed instructions to a T and theres just maybe 2.5-3” of clearance for the tires. with airbags dropped there’s 3/4”. Perhaps the 11r24.5 tires fill it a lot. The same model works for 22.5” also. It goes by distance between axles. Took me way too long to install it too.
