Nice Friday here, just buttoning up a few loose ends on a big job, should be ready to put the 8 wheel beast into the washbay for detailing by the end of the day.

In the gym, I focus to the point to where my mind blocks everything out. There’s no one else in the gym. There’s no music, no sounds…just me and the iron. The only sound I hear is my breathing. My problem is not the focus, but coming back out. I can’t see. I can’t hear. The goal is to become the Ultimate Six. This is the way it has always been for me.

The reason why I am bringing this up is because there is a trend nowadays, where an attractive girl will set up a camera and try to catch a guy looking at her and then call him out and shame him, make a big nasty scene, disrupt the entire gym, get management involved and then post it online. DISGUSTING behavior. @AModelCat can attest to this.

I am old school and so I will try to help someone if I see that they need help. But women are so crappy and garbage nowadays that I give them zero attention. That’s what many of them want…they have this sickening need for attention, be it good or bad. I give them zero. Absolutely disgusting. I have no issues since once I start, I am focused but for a woman to walk into a gym, wearing butt floss and tights, bend over in front of a dude and squeeze her buttcheeks and then to try to shame him online for looking is absolutely disgusting behavior.

It’s a shame because there are some real die hard gym rat females that are focused and on their grind and I would respect her accomplishments, BUT as it stands, I ignore them unless I know them.

 

I quit the gym just as that was becoming a thing. At this point I'm glad to have a home gym since its a 45 minute rounder just to drive to the nearest gym and back now.

I've only ever seen 2 or 3 people with cameras setup. I did witness one chick getting guys to carry her weights to and from her workout area. Is carrying a 15 lb plate 20 feet really going to affect that PR attempt?

If you can't carry the weight, you don't deserve to lift it.

 

Up on Chief Joseph Pass camped out for the weekend. Gonna get the bike down after lunch and go for a ride. Plenty of wood here too. Probably have beer and dinner by the fire tonight.

 

Passed the written test, less than 2 weeks until the bike is here.
