On mine too. Glad that guy was home.

Got home last night and found my right rear fender bracket cracked. Never welded stainless before. Not great, but welded much better than I expected. 20230607_131941.jpg 20230607_134856.jpg 20230607_134911.jpg 20230607_134908.jpg

Not mine, but yes, they would. Not as much for someone with full fenders, and not even an issue for someone that knows to keep the ice knocked off.

But this one time overweight, my dunnage looked like elf shoes 20230316_154442.jpg 20230316_154940.jpg 20230316_154921.jpg

I might be wrong, and I like them. But for my neighborhood. It could be a issue. Maybe I just worry to much. But my dollies hold snow and ice bad.

It's nothing new. Guys did it in the 70's.

Still no word on the freightliner. Bought a truck for the driver to stay local in until I get that sorted out.

Ac has decided to die in the 567. Vacuumed it and charged it. Still nothing. Changed expansion valve and dryer. Still nothing. Compressor seems to be cycling rather quickly and the fan never seems to go full speed (has a fancy 2 speed fan on it). Dug through the service records and found they had a problem with it at one time not running the compressor and they wiggled some wires for the high pressure sensor and it started working again. And replaced the compressor about a year ago.

I’ve seen drivers run 2 disconnects, one at the regular spot at the back of the cab, the other underneath. I reckon snow and ice doesn’t really bother the coil lines because I’ve ran them on RGN necks without issue for decades.
