Wonder if a good ole load of lead #5's would do the bang flop on an ostritch like it does a turkey?

Thanks man. I appreciate all of the well wishes from you and everyone else. I'm at home now and I am really sore to say the least. The incision in the front in my lower abs is the one that hurts. I have to be super careful getting up and down because I have no muscles left in my abs to use right now and it stinks.
Once I'm up and on my feet I am okay but the "getting up and down" parts is pretty brutal right now. Just gotta let it heal. Y'all be safe and keep the rubber side down and that left door closed. -
Happy Saturday from Montgomery.

When you get back to working, keep those muscles in shape that help you get up and down, as when the age goes up, those muscles are even more important. Don't ask how I know.

Haha yeah man. I'm 42 now. Still young but not like 28 with the first knee surgery. This one hit my core right in the middle. Once my physical therapy starts it has a heavy focus on core muscle strength. The thing that I am happiest about is no longer feeling the pain in my butt and my legs. I haven't felt it since I woke up in the recovery room at the hospital. No more burning sensation in my legs while just standing and doing nothing. I've dealt with that pain for 15+ years and the numbness in my leg is gone too which is amazing to me.JoeyJunk, singlescrewshaker, cke and 8 others Thank this.
