Any of you bike guys leave a battery tender on your bikes? Just bought a little 0.75A tender and noticed it came with a 2nd set of leads with ring terminals. Been thinking of putting those on so I don't need to pull the battery over winter.

Yea, I've killed mine. The tender will not bring it back to full charge. But when everything is fine. It just maintains it. I've put it on lawn tractors. Used on extra semi when it was parked. The lawn tractor and motorcycle batteries suck. I've never had good luck except Interstate. However hard to justify on something you hardly use.singlescrewshaker, cke, CAXPT and 6 others Thank this. -
Be carefull charging those small bike batteries. 1 amp is plenty. 2a will boil em. Bike charging systems in that era are literally just enough to keep em up.singlescrewshaker, cke, CAXPT and 6 others Thank this. -
