Stella Jones is the premier North American pole treater. They have 44 facilities and 16 are in Canada (5 in Western Canada). All use log grapples or at least all that I have been to.
I hauled the "penta" from Wichita KS to some in BC, ON and PQ. I also hauled 60' and 75' poles on a bunk and 45ft trailer in the late 90's.

I was looking on the menu and saw catfish and grits (yep, Cajun food). Had to try it. Scrambled eggs with goat cheese too. Was I tired, or was the food really that good? As of right now, this is my new all time favorite breakfast.

First I heard of anybody having catfish for breakfast but it looks good.

You run night shift, breakfast is dinner, dinner is breakfast and lunch is somewhere off in bizarro world.

Late night fish cleaning has resulted in walleye cheeks and perch for a 4 am breakfast before bed many times, and when the kids were little, trout for breakfast happened over the campfire. I'd rather eat fish for the first meal of the day and a traditional breakfast as the last since I usually want a nap after the sugar/carb rush.

Catfish is not food, it’s bait at best.

Looks pretty edible to me. At least it’s not some kind of vegetable.
