Might be ordering a pair of those insulated ones for winter, it gets brutal up here for 6 months out of the year and am sick of getting back in the truck after securing and having my feet feel like icicles
-

Man!! We got a major rework of the I15/I86 split here in town—been going on for better than a year and been a wreck like that every week, sometimes more than one, since it started
-
On the phone with wrecking yard, told the woman what I am after and everything on mine below the dash is good to swap (hopefully have it next week). She says-
"We just got one in like that, top of cab smashed. Employee did it. Found out the boss was sleeping with his wife so took boss' excavator and smashed boss' truck cab"
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes I guess.Flint1, TX2Day, Isafarmboy and 9 others Thank this. -
I don't think you will regret the purchase. I used to wear whatever was on sale and if it fit my foot without hurting I bought them. Back in 2009 I bought a pair of these exact boots and I wore them for 4 years until I wore through the sole. I had new soles installed at my local boot and shoe repair shop and I still wear them to this day. That pair of boots made me a believer. Work boots or dress, Ariat is on my feet.

Well, after two weeks of not getting very many answers to my questions to the Chaffee Combined Court in Salida, CO I finally got the response to the motion I filed with the court to request a virtual court date for my appearance. I was at Love Field a few minutes away from boarding my flight to Colorado Springs when I just happened to call at the last minute and the 3rd court clerk I spoke with granted me a virtual court date for the 17th which was Tuesday. I was so glad I didn't have to fly to Colorado Springs, rent a car and pay for a hotel when I could do everything from my couch.
So, virtual court was Tuesday the 17th at 1:30pm. I logged in to WebEx and waited for my name to be called and my meeting with the Judge took a matter of minutes because she instantly dismissed the case against me and granted my bond money back to me. I didn't even have to plead my case to the Judge or the D.A. It's settled and over with the best possible results.
It sukks that I had to take the long way around just to get to this conclusion but I'm glad she dismissed it and I don't have to look over my shoulder when I cross the Colorado state line. -
Ariat are a well made boot. I'm still on my 2 pair in 15 years at least.
