I got a job offer few months ago, was kinda getting my attention. Still be driving though for a large Crane company.

I was having a 64,000 mining shield set on my lowboy, talking briefly to the operator and he complimented me getting backed around his crane in such a tight area.

Told him it actually wasn’t bad, he said we could use a guy like you since we have about 3 guy’s retiring but you would have to be a member of the operating engineers union to get the job.

His eyes got real big when I handed him my local 132 IUOE card lol…..

 

That stuff makes a great marinade.

What are they looking to get for it? In your budget?
