I did not know that. I knew that Duke rode the same horse in 7 of his movies.

 

And Dale Robertson who starred in Tales of the Wells Fargo was right handed, but taught himself to shoot left handed for the show.

The horse he rode was named Jubilee, and was his own personal horse…

 

Lol, yes indeed, they both were big men for sure!

You remember Clint Walker in Kill Dozer….?

 

A guy at my last job is apparently a distant relative of the Duke. Looking at a picture of him and of John Wayne side by side the ressemblance is uncanny.

 

Can you blame them?
