It has been very wet down here. Raining about every 2-3 days. We just had 5 days of sunshine though, so everyone was running hard to get their crops out. Just noticed yesterday, The first of my corn is up, just barely peeking through the ground, And I got my beans out yesterday right before it started to rain, it’s a good feeling! It been rainy up there?Tug Toy, exhausted379, CAXPT and 6 others Thank this.

Howdy folks. I decided to pull the RGN again for awhile instead of my step deck. Oh well. Yesterday I was trying to find a brand name pair of steer tires for my 2014 International 9900i and I just wasn't willing to pay the astronomical prices that some of my local retailers and even the wholesalers were attempting to charge for them. So, I made an experimental decision and I bought a pair of PrinX AR602's from a local wholesale distributor for $540.00
Yes, I know, they are a Chinese manufactured tire. If I even get half of the tire life of the Firestone FS591's I will still come out ahead. I have never used a Chinese/Thai or Korean branded steer tire before so my skepticism level is high as usual. Well, I installed them yesterday afternoon and I didn't have any bags of Counteract Balance Beads with me so I ran them on the spin balancer expecting some vertical/lateral runout. Boy, was I wrong. Both of these PrinX AR602's required ZERO balance weights on my wheels. I was shocked I tell you. I set them to 110lbs. and drove from Waxahachie, TX to Muskogee, OK last night and needless to say I was very impressed with how quiet these steer tires are and how well they ride. This set of steer tires may be the anomaly but at the moment I am satisfied with the decision.57,000lb boom lift.

That's how I usually roll. Beats being thrown out of the kitchen by the wife.

We take some off company trailers rotated through here because they are worn out. I have not seen side wall or separation problems with them. Let us know how they work out in the long run.cke, Big Road Skateboard, Feedman and 2 others Thank this.

For quite a while, we ran an imported Continental brand tire on our trailer, step decks. The last 3 years we have been using the prinx tires. They seem to be a better product. Very little problems and so far have had a good mileage life.cke, Big Road Skateboard, Feedman and 4 others Thank this.

Unreal the precision on this thing. Seeding .7 lbs canola per acre.

The surround and the visor were ceramic coated last year, they will be recoated this weekend, that stuff is the cats ###, everything just blows right off of them with a quick wash. I run eastern north Dakota every night and when the farmers are in the fields like right now the bugs get real bad.... I mean real bad, that's why I have that ugly bug deflector on the front, otherwise my windshield gets so coated you end up washing it like 3 to 4 times a night.Tug Toy, cke, BoxCarKidd and 7 others Thank this.

I have been quite impressed with how quiet they are and how well they ride. I don't have a problem with buying an imported tire. I like saving money and if I do spend my money on maintenance items like tires I need them to perform no matter the brand or how much they cost. The name branded in the side of the tire does not guarantee performance.
