Passed this guy last week. There's got to be a better place to do this. Guy had a few triangles on the shoulder and 1 cone in the lane. Was just setup dismounting and remounting tires in the traffic lane. 1 person staring at their phone and this guy is dead.

 

I did a lot of road service over the 26 years right outta school. That dude needs fired
