But I digress, this guy will be around moving machinery etc, he could still be subjected to injury...and since the liberals are all about safety, they can't have it both ways. This is just a ploy to make money without working or complying with an employers requirements. Even if they lose, I'd say they'll still be successfully dodging a bullet with this one, either way.
