Had to switch the wiring on these new lights, now the marker is dim and the turn is bright as it should be….

 

You fellas out west still stuck in the heat? Been unseasonably cool around here for a change. Highs in the low 90's, but we still have that wonderful humidity.

Still not bad compared to the 105*ish we had a few weeks back.

 

It's been 90's/100's days and 70's nights here for the past couple of weeks. Huge thunderstorms came through night before last and temps went way down, 45 this morning.
Fires everywhere. US-95/12 closed until further notice just out of Lewiston, fires jumped the river.

 

Wow! Hope you get some more rain and maybe help those fire crews. One big tinder bundle all around you there.

Yeah, the 60mph winds didn't help the fire crews at all. You've got high humidity, we were 10-15% for the whole heat spell. Things are a bit crinkly.

Nothing lit off locally, everyone was running around on atv's & jeeps during the storm looking for starts. D8 is parked at the bottom of the hill, just in case.

 

Cooled off here. About 17°C right now. Even had some rain last night/today. Hopefully Jasper got some of it, sounds like that fire wiped out up to 50% of the town!

 

Insane. I read that 90k acres had burned, but that the rain had improved conditions for the time being.

 

Got offered a '19 Fontaine stepdeck this morning. Its a steel 53ft. Seller wants $1000mo for 42mo, so 42k all in.

Really on the fence, mainly because its an all steel trailer and not a combo.
