@Big Road Skateboard , you were asking @sawmill about roads in his region a bit ago. I took one that I had never been on before yesterday but I'm sure @sawmill knows it pretty well. Might have been one that you asked about - can't remember.

I was headed from Moran, WY to Salt Lake and took 89 south, knicking the corner of Idaho on 61, 30 east to Sage Jct then cut west into Utah. I then went south on 16 to Woodruff, and west on 39 to 167 and came out on I 84 around Uintah. I had never been on 39 or 167 before. 39 was beautiful! A bit steep and windy if you were loaded as you get up over 9,000 ft., but the Quakies are turning colors and it made for a nice drive. I wouldn't advise this route when there is snow on the ground, but it was a nice change of pace.

That's a nice ride through there. Log house on the right as you turn onto 39 belongs to the guy that owns the shop I used to occupy. I'd have met you for lunch up there if I knew you were so close. The little cafe in Randolph is good from what I hear

    Finally.

Hay season is over. We will haul a couple loads of cattle feed (roll bales) to NC to help out and reposition some equipment but other than that, it's done.

Now we have to decide if all of us retired folk want to do this again next year.

That conversation will require brisket and adult beverages.
