I'm a door swinger now with lots a time on my hands & we are allowed to text & drive.. lol

 

My little brother went to trade school to be an electrician as soon as he got out of high school. He got married at age 20. Couple years ago, built the wife a gigantic home on about 6acres. He has two sons, 17 and 14. Neither of them want to work with their hands. I told my oldest nephew (19) to go work for him, hit it really hard for 10 years, then talk to his uncle about the business. “Too much like work.” Yet, he’s loading trucks at FedEx.

Apparently, brains are needed for no-brainers.

 

Spoke to soon. Customer wants us to haul hay into WNC to help out up there. I am sure he will want us to haul into Florida after Milton gets done as well.

Back to work! No easy chair napping now.

You ever have a problem with the cleaning shoe shaking apart on that model machine? The last couple years we had to put in 1 or 2 every year... 60 series. This year we figured enough of that crap and gambled on if a 70 series would fit. Dammned if it didn't fit. It's built way heavier, parts guy at deere wanted to know if it worked, as if they didn't know it's basically the same machine.
