Probably to late, but you should have thrown your bow in and head north from SLC and go off grid for a couple days— there’s an open deer hunt that starts Saturday and I got a new machine to break in

 

Shid it was 75 degrees in Salt Lake 2 days ago!! Lot of teddy bears out here truckin, afraid of the white stuff. Safe travels bro maybe I'll run into u out here over the weekend

Maybe not. It's getting cooler. Time for the guy with the compressor bypass popping off every 20 seconds because he didn't service his air dryer. Or maybe he had the reefer with no muffler also.

 

That would have been awesome. I could use a little off grid. What machine? Did you end up with one of the Generals? One more, how are you liking the bow?

Yeah, everybody I knew that drove a truck is scared of snow. Pretty much nothing west of Denver for them. I'll be running to Cedar City and on to Jal. Hit me up on the radio if ya see me

Delco alternators. Goodness, they're just junk anymore.

I replaced this one when I overhauled it. It lasted about 6 months, and went out around Lyman last November.

Swung by Fleetpride in Rock Springs and replaced it.

Last night I'm a few miles out of Fort Collins on 287 when I noticed my voltmeter at 12. Pulled over and checked it, and sure enough it's junk.

9 oclock at night, and 55 miles back to MHC in Greeley. Had no issues luckily, just lost two hours.

Gonna have to grab a pulley and just throw one under the bunk in case.
