So this happened tonight. She jumped out of her car right away afterwards yelling about not seeing her turn signal on. Even if it was on, which it wasn't, she still tried to say it was my fault and demanded we wait for Police. She then stood right on the white line next to traffic in the rain for an hour instead of sitting in her car.
What you guys think. Can't wait to get a phone call from my insurance when she for sure tries to make a claim.
She bent my oversize sign
. You know it's funny I was just looking at Herd bumpers this morning too. Maybe I can make a claim for replacement to repair the scuffs her car made on the edge of my bumper.
Pretty sure she didn't even get a ticket for it.
Sons Hero, singlescrewshaker, Feedman and 15 others Thank this. -
What a dumb broad. That is not your fault at all she left her lane into yours when you had it occupied and have the right away as she is the merging traffic.I know in my truck i wouldnt of been able to see her car when she started moving over like that.
the amount of people that try to do that #### in california, i am surprised this doesnt happen to me everyday out there.
That really sucks there is those kinds of people that make all our lives out on the road so frustrating with dumb stuff like this. But thank God for the camera you haveSons Hero, singlescrewshaker, Big Road Skateboard and 10 others Thank this. -
Yea the camera is mounted up at the top of my windshield. I couldn't see her at all. Was already on the brakes trying to leave a gap for merging so I didn't even feel it. Just heard a small crunch.Sons Hero, singlescrewshaker, Feedman and 8 others Thank this.

I’d say once an officer looks at that or even a lawyer she’s toast….Sons Hero, singlescrewshaker, Feedman and 10 others Thank this. -
It’s quite a bit shorter wheelbase between the drives and trailer axles. I can go places I can’t even think about with the lowboy….singlescrewshaker, Feedman, Big Road Skateboard and 8 others Thank this. -

Plain with pepper only. If I want heat, I'll add it, because I don't care for some of the spices that get used in some sausages and I want to taste the meat in it's natural state to guage the saltiness they may be using to hide the taste of bad meat. Frank's RedHot is easy to apply by myself.

Agree with the others.
When entering a freeway, the vehicle entering is responsible for the merge being accomplished without incident.. In addition, your sign shows that she 'pulled it away', meaning she hooked the sign with her vehicle because she was not clear to come over, and your video shows she ACTUALLY was trying to cut you off before the end of the solid line, but the car slowing in front stopped her, but then she still wasn't clear of you when she finally did try coming across the dotted line. She, like my wife, doesn't get that the entering vehicle is responsible for the merge.
She should have gotten the ticket as it clearly shows she sideswiped your vehicle, hooking your sign as she tried to cut you off because she wasn't yielding to traffic in front and the side of her. Sorry it's going to be a pain for you, but considering she's got a fat tattooed leg, she should have spent the money on better driving skills than tattooes.
