Woodys for WIN !! Got me some brisket, jalapeño creamed corn, corn bread muffin, boudain ball, and some pinto beans. The beans are not recommended. Everything else is perfect.

For 25 years I stopped here whenever I could when going to or coming from Houston.
There is limited dirt lot parking for the last few years since the hotel went in next door

 

Huntsville Texas and still snow on the trailer.

 

I sure hope those whirly Lightning makers don't freeze up and come to a halt again in Texas .

Look for the grain elevators. If you ask you can usually park out of the way long enough for a meal. Or if you are lucky on the curb.

Don't pull into the restaurant parking lot, not enough room for you and their many 4 wheeler customers.
