Oh btw saw something last night on truck paper that was , idk odd . It was a 2025 , 379pete glider with new Cat , new block and heads . It did not specify which model cat furthermore it had an " assembled title " . What is an assembled title ? Frremont Nebraska, Elkhorn valley trucks .

 

Pete hasnt manufactured the 379 since 2007. 2008-2025 are 389.

Sounds like they ordered a 389 complete and then ripped out the original engine it was built with and put in a fresh cat. Peterbilt stopped building glider chassis so that was the only way to get a new chassis and body from the factory. Somehow they managed to get a brand new block with a 1999 serial tag on it.
