Some years back this sorta manly type lesbian gal was running for this local hopper company. They had a contract into Medallion foods with blue corn outta Illinois somewhere. Anyhow ol big girl misses a curve and puts her truck in a field twist her ankle and can’t go on after being pulled out. So the boss man calls a friend of mine who’s truck was in the shop and says hey you gots take big girls truck to to get this load of corn. My buddy protest but shags ### on up there. Due to the set backs of the am and a tight schedule he bails right in amongst the Goreville Northbound coop. Received the red light and says #### as he pulls around back. No log book sittin in a hot pink Columbia with the stacks behind the bunk as the DOT man crawls up on the step box. My ol buddy says I seent him eye ####in something on the dash through the windshield……. GD’it that’s when I seen it. Blue Thunder laying out in the open for everyone to see…..

 

Mine was a 432. Came factory in a 1974 GMC single axle dump truck. Brother in law parked it because he couldn’t keep axles or driveshafts in it. He junked the truck and I got the engine….

 

Made the 477 & 532 as well for the heavy duty trucks like the 880 & 900…..
