Watch the weather headed east. Storms rollin through today here in western Arkansas.

Already had to fire up the chainsaw to clear trees off the fence.

Reckon most the farmers I bring seed to would look at me funnier than they already do when they see that FL license plate.. lol

Length is the problem
I'd have to pull the tape again, but my M11 is about 44" with accessories, & 58" for the 12.7 Series 60 we measured. Granted we measured a DDEC V, which I'd want a DDEC II, III, or IV but they're all the same

 

Apparently my decision making skills still leave something to be desired? Lol

Old man up the road said something about a roll of geotech fabric. I might not have to pay for it if he can remember where he put it.

 

The ditch on the south side is running steadily and it runs into a meadow between the house and the lane and collects in our pond before eventually running into Yellow Creek.

The ditch on the north side might flow too but I have to be careful not to disturb the survey pin on the corner. I've done about as much as I can with the backhoe. I'm not really supposed to be doing physical labor so I'm avoiding a shovel for now

 

Man, I had assumed that all engine bays of trucks were pretty much the same when it came to each manufacturer. I mean Ive seen some short hood Cascadias that have a DD12 Detroit, but I didnt realize the older trucks were like that too.

Man if it was 2mo ago, I knew a ol boy down here with a clean mid roof FLD thats a 12.7/13 combo. He wanted around 20k.

 

I just shot my friend a text to see if that dude still has that truck.

 

I seem to recall there were a couple different configurations with the firewall on the KW A-cabs depending on what engine it was ordered with.

 

Well, looks like he's still got it. But its a 10spd, not a 13.
