Congratulations , there was some really nice cars there.

 

Shut down at the Joplin 44 truckstop. I'm set up for an easy 380 miles left to drive tomorrow so I can relax now. I like this place because the parking is wide and has security so nobody can block you in.

 

I hauled a load of highway striping paint one time from Dallas to Minneapolis and about the time I got to Joplin one from started leaking. Security guard tried telling me I had to leave and go across the street. I told him to go lick a bear,,'s arse and I would leave as soon as I got the problem dealt with.

 

lol that's freaking funny!

 

Thankfully I was referring to a last year situation.

Joplin got pretty rough several years ago so I quit sleeping there started staying out at the barn. Then they posted county deputies and it got better but by that time the remodel at the barn had taken place and I had anything I’d need right there without the crowd.
