Where is everyone #5

Good day yesterday. Sold a load of feeders then went to watch them sell. I was even able to afford a hamburger while watching.

 

My '69 GMC Steel tilt has the same sticker over the driver's door. Now, it has 3 speed rears in it.


And, the Oldsmobile AM radio does work.

 

So this is my favorite gasser farm truck we just don’t ever get to see much of it lol.



There was a little twin screw brigidere around our place one summer, they called that transmission a working 5th or something like that. It had a split on the back two gears. Not a 2 speed though. I could get it and that flat floor grain trailer to singing too. After that was discovered I got demoted back to a single axle bob truck with no lift.

 

I need to get it moved over here. It's still sitting in South Hutch, next to my daughter's house.

 

i've mentioned before but i'd go to the sale barn with grandad and ask for a burger and coke , he'd say , boy youre eatin up all my profit ! Lol.

Grabbed that Tikka 6CM while I was through the house yesterday. Knew I'd have a long weekend with time to stretch it's legs a bit.

Got here north of Thermopolis late this afternoon so didn't have much time after I hiked in here, but got 10 rounds down.

480 yards out to 970. This thing is just plain fun to shoot. I had two misses, both shots went right about 16" @ 813 and 869. Adjusted for the wind and didn't miss another.

 

Black hills SD, pretty much horrible weather this whole time but you can't argue with the views
