Oh, you mean chicken of the tree! Lol

Them things run a muck down here. It's open season on em. Lot of the Caribbean folk got a taste for em. Supposed to have more protein than chicken..

There's a bunch of stretches you can do to prevent sciatica. The back straight shoulders back squat works best for me. And quit jumping down from stuff, It used be a problem for me when I was hauling hogs...

    This should help:
Scratch that it's applicable to CVO's. Will look around. Saw one on Ebay, but not sure about them. :(

Update: was perusing a forum and found this guy back in 2015 said he was making them on a V-Rod forum, so this might be a lead. Here's the forum you can check out and see if you want to pursue it.where to get a heel toe shifter

Edit: I should read further ahead before answering and searching, I see you found one.

I'm not sure I'd disagree, but I know in 2021 I had a gout attack that wasn't just in my big toe, it was so severe it made me unable to walk for almost 2 weeks and that's when I finally found out just how high my Uric acid level was. Normal is about 6, I was over 10. Took about 2 months to recover so I could get one project around the house done. The anguish of that I'll never forget. I've had an acute attack of sciatica and it was no fun either, so it's a toss up which would be worse to suffer, but not suffering from either would be my vote. :(
