You do a lot of empty miles?
This started before the new shocks?
Wheel bearings, something worn, like bushings. Maybe king pin a tad loose.

Something you could try, rotate tires, spin balance and bump pressure to 100.

 

Half my miles are empty. I'm gonna say it's the old shocks. They were leaking. I've put maybe 2000 miles on these new ones. Checked the bearings n kingpin when I polished the wheels.
