Do you have access to a loader and chains by any chance?

Yeah, first day I went in from North Fork to Corn Creek.

2nd day I dropped down to Challis and rolled up Sleeping Deer Rd to the end. That was a bad road.

3rd Day I came in from the west side out of Cascade and through Yellow Pine.

You covered some country for sure— I don’t really remember what tags you have — if they’re anywhere on the south side of the middle fork you might consider Loon Creek— it’s high and there’s water but if the weather turns GTFO cause anything you got in there will be there till spring— and it’s rougher than a cob

    several thoughts….

first - I have 62’ in the well currently, is that enough?

second - I don’t know this ‘Ho place is, therefore I don’t go there

‘and third but most important- no chance they could afford my I don’t go there or do that price

otherwise - I guess it sounds like fun

I know a lot of you hate cooking in your truck, but I'd weigh 300lbs if I ate out all the time so this was like a camping meal for me burgers and a couple eggs with salsa, mayo, and hot sauce, now I sit in gwinner with not much to do until 7 tomorrow to do one more round of coils and hopefully a flat steel to Litchfield to hopefully call it a week to do some work on this old pig of a truck d12b9377-95cc-4c6d-a97c-18d56e9d52a2.jpg d12b9377-95cc-4c6d-a97c-18d56e9d52a2.jpg

I just looked up Loon Creek. Yeah, my tags for elk are Middle Fork, loon creek is in that. I actually dropped a pin on the map just south of there as a place to check out.

Thanks for the tip. It's hard to imagine how big that country is till you get in there. Kinda blew me away.

We’re doing a job at the Thompson Creek mine which is a couple ridges over from Loon — pretty much top of the world type of deal— Friday coming out there were a couple hundred head right on top and 7 bulls — 3 or 4 were Booners and you are welcome to them

That's the problem, enough trailer it'll never make it.
