Engine pic reminds me of a Harvester skid engine, some "U?" series. Shape of the hood is Harvester. Yale used that engine in a 5K capacity pneu forklift a while. Tough/powerful engines.Feedman, broke down plumber, CAXPT and 1 other person Thank this.

An overview...
SNAP provides a monthly dollar amount on an EBT card for eligible low-income individuals and families to buy a wide variety of food, while WIC targets specific nutritional pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age five. prWIC targ WIC benefits include specific, USDA-approved foods, nutrition education, and referrals to other services, not a flexible dollar amount like SNAP. Both programs can be received simultaneously if a household is eligible for both.
WIC Program is good and was directed toward a need.
That said; as it started, and grew it was adopted by more states and the "smart people" began to profit. No fraud, just shrewd business dealings.
1st was inaugurated in a town, rented /maybe donated an older building and the person in charge and a cheap hand or a volunteer. Get the food stock items and unload in the building and then issue to the qualified on certain days of the week.
Then as life is, it evolved into a much larger ops as more people became aware of this good thing, so obviously a much better building and more help and some equipment was necessary.
So we have a nice metal building owned by a local person, the person in charge is making a living, and the help is paid fair wages and the have an $8K electric pallet jack to facilitate handling..
So you can see how a decent helpful program becomes an extreme drain on the treasury.
Just figure one, multiply by 82 MS counties, and there could be economies of scale.

I haven’t looked in the seat springs and I’ve owned it probably 18 years. When dad was still working at the IH & GMC dealership I just gave them the vin numbers, and they contacted the IH archives in Chicago were all the older IH info is on file. They sent a copy of the original line sheet including who it was sold to. I was mostly interested in the paint color which turned out to be the turquoise color on the dash. The driveline matched the line sheet as well, only thing not matching was the wheelbase, at some point in its life the frame was shortened…..
