Yeah, Look around the fire ring of the head gasket and see if you can tell where it blew. Focus your attention there. The fire ring should be shiny where it sealed. A dark or black area would indicate a leak. Post some close up pics if you're unsure Screenshot_20251111_172644_Photos.jpg Screenshot_20251111_172657_Photos.jpg

Top left of cyl #5 looks questionable IMO. You definitely need to measure liner protrusion. Do you have a sled gauge?

I would pick the head gasket up and see what the bottom looks like. Then measure liner protrusion.

Take a really bright flash light and shine in the exhaust ports of the head your looking for tiny crystal particles the color of your antifreeze.

I kinda see a dark spot on that one fire ring I think it’s the back hole.

I don't remember your exact problem other than losing coolant, and don't remember it being a big issue with ISX, but look over those injector cups for cracks too

I did test injextor cups before along time ago and didnt find any leaks . It really have no syptoms other than losing coolant . Like a gallon a day. But already ruled out egr cooler and all the other simple stufff. I just really hate when stuff makes u jump down a 50ft rabbit hole it just gets more expensive the further u go. But they say to get into trucking business its really fun :D
