I had a set that had a scabbard sewed in under the pockets— quick drawing the 30-30 without shooting the windshield out or blowing a hole in the roof was an acquired skill

I wouldn't give a plug nickel for a new pickup, no matter what brand. They're all some variation of the same cheap plastic and microchips.IH Truck Guy, JolliRoger, Feedman and 9 others Thank this.

I was just bragging up my little 2011 F150 last night to a co worker when it started up after sitting in -30C temps for 5 days without being plugged in. Then noticed that after it warmed up the blend door actuator #### the bed and only has heat coming out of the passenger side vents. F sakes.JolliRoger, Feedman, Star Rider and 3 others Thank this.

The newest one I have is 2006 F250. I only use it when I need to pull a trailer. My go to is a 94 Dakota or the 98 Windstar van. Bluebelle is just for fun.
JolliRoger, Feedman, beastr123 and 5 others Thank this. -
I've got a brand new GMC Sierra, darn nice truck but I bought the 7 year warranty package with it because plastic computerized junk. Mama needs reliable wheels and when she's happy, I'm happy. Mostly.
JolliRoger, Feedman, Speedy356 and 3 others Thank this. -
The 90s trucks was the best era in my opinion but maybe im biased. My daily is my old mans 95 he bought brand new couple months before i was born.. almost at 200k miles and never had any major work done. Although it leaks oil like its going out of style
JolliRoger, wore out, Star Rider and 3 others Thank this. -
This should be fun. Add in a receiver who won't answer the phone, even more fun.

Other than this blend door thing, I gotta say this '11 Ford is the most loyal truck I've ever owned, still on the original battery and that's crazy longevity for up here. I also got it from my father, he went to trade it in at a GM dealer and they lowballed him on the trade big time. In 6 years he only put 40,000 km (just under 25,000 miles) on it, they would only give him 15K on a trade for a new 2017 Sierra.Feedman, beastr123, Oxbow and 1 other person Thank this.
