Best truck stop chain in the Dakotas.

Got stuck in Mitchell SD one Friday night. Fish night. Restaurant jammed up, lined out the door. The whole town is lined up outside the truck stop. This young girl was in the kitchen window cracking the whip, had waitresses and busboys on point. When the waitresses got hemmed up, she had the busboys running food to the tables.

Waitress came by to check on me
“Everything okay, sir?”
That young girl in the window…who is she?
“That’s the kitchen manager.”
She’s incredible.
“She is awesome!”

Can you imagine having some girl come in for a job, early 20s, that could be so organized that she could take control of the whole restaurant and feed the entire town? A 35 year old dealing with late teens and 20’s, maybe, but 22 year old?
