Best time of the year to hit up Tombstone though. There's a painting over the bar in the saloon there that resembles my wife too closely.

If she hadn't married so young, I'd have to wonder is she'd spent time there

Have watched in rapt attention while a device like that ran an acetylene torch down a 50 food I beam, Making the 2 halves of a large buildings spans.
Beam was like 8" across and a foot high on edge. Jesse started his torch, arranged layout, and left area gone an hour. Slow steady cutter it was...
Never thought of it's use in welding

They used to make one to tote a cuttin torch. Split an O'Neal steel I beam down the middle with it lying on its side and running on edges as track...
Take half a day, it you started early. Saw them at Ellis Steel in West Point. Think Ellis still fabricates the steel in the top of new Walmarts. Did once.

I tried this past Tuesday. Seasoned up the cabbage in a pot, a little butter and oil and cup of water. Covered and steamed for 15 minutes. Turned out decent. Tried to fry up the corned beef. When I flipped the pieces, they instantly turned to mush. I figured that there has to be something that you can add to corned beef to give it a little more “solidarity”?
