I like pouring a little oil or coolant under something one of the apprentices had apart.

 

That makes me laugh everytime i see it. You know dam well someone was talking crap about that engine before he fired it up

 

Bet it was the guy behind him that disappears as soon as it fires up.

 

Had a guy finishing up putting an injection pump on a 5.9 cummins.
I walked up near him, bent down and acted like I picked up something.
Handed him a spare shaft key that I had and asked him "What's this?"

 

The tow pin in an oilfield bumper makes a nice heavy tone. Gets 'em every time.

Not truck related, but a good listen. Over @wore out way, a town named due to one of the high dollar commodities of the past, bear grease.

 

That’s not far from me at all. My wife’s family is from over there. They had an ol store there in a curve that was one of the oldest store buildings in the state when it closed a few years ago. Building is still standing just no longer open.
