Seared Ahi and Wasabi...my favorite....other than salmon. You just have to learn to appreciate and savor the flavor...hint....you only 'dab' on the wasabi, for flavor without excessive heat, and by 'dab' I mean you just touch it, don't even smear it at all, or you'll put more on than your poor little heart can handle. Me, I'm immune to the heat now, but it sure was fun watching the bride get her first taste of it.

Agreed. I just can't get it at Outback anymore...seems they got too popular and crowds nowadays, just aren't my comfort zone anymore. Too many dummies acting stupid out there now.

 

All that weight on those aluminum doors, are they hard to open with that flimsy knuckle set up? I used to empty railroad cars with the big steel doors and and a big old stainless steel bar to open them with. Ended up getting a touch of tennis elbow after a while that finally seems to have gone away.
