Google Iowa Customs
They make a ton of cool stuff including lowered seat bases. High quality stuff but not cheap. You can buy through Raneys or 4 State Trucks.
Since I'm here, let me beg a bit of advice - After 50 years I'm ready to diversify away from 100% snap binders. I'm wanting the shortest overall length and folding handles.
Any recommendations? Kinda leaning towards Peerless from Mytee Products

I have 16 of the Peerless folding handle binders that Ive been using for probably 10 years now. 8 of the 5/16-3/8 and 8 of the 3/8-1/2. I did managed to sheer the roll pin for one of the little thumb flips on one but it still works just fine. I would recommend just cutting off the rubber grips when you get them. Over time they stretch out and just start spinning on the body of the binder making it hard to hold onto.cke, JolliRoger, Boardhauler and 1 other person Thank this.
