The stars lined up today and I had enough time on the clock to run through the house.
Hour out of the way but the beverages are cheaper at home and I forgot a bag when I left out.

Oh I'll be there before long....have one in the drive that needs a block swap. We have another that the head needs to come off first. And both them will need tires before they go back on the road.
I'm looking into buying stock in aleve. LolRuthless, 4mer trucker, Feedman and 4 others Thank this. -
Hopefully this one will be the last of mine for a bit. It wasn't a surprise though. I will say it was like the #### energizer bunny, I didn't think it was ever gonna throw in the towel.4mer trucker, Feedman, 1951 ford and 3 others Thank this.

The one I'm driving has over 1.1 on it at around 800 ponies. Did a head gasket on it this summer. I try to stay out of it as much as possible but it still runs good but needs resealed. I really need to get on that block swap. That one only has around 300k on the overhaul and to truck has 800k less miles.
Bought that truck for the kid to drive. He was 21 at the time. Some hot shot in Springfield had put hot codes in it and turned up the fuel with a stage 1 turbo before I bought it. I replaced the tranny and both rears before the block cracked all in less than a year. Other than the test drive I've drove that truck a total of four days. Powells had rebuilt the motor and tranny. I didn't get the paperwork but I talked to the shop and confirmed it had been done.Ruthless, 4mer trucker, wore out and 3 others Thank this. -
@wore out and any of you other Pete guys, I've got a couple questions about the low leaf suspension. I had a guy call me about welding a crack in an axle tube on his truck. It cracked underneath by the spring mount. He's telling me it's leaking oil through the crack. That in itself, while not impossible, will be a pita to get clean. He also told me this is a common problem. I have not looked at it yet to know the specifics.
Here's my questions, Has anybody seen this before? What did you do to solve the problem? Repair, new axle, etc.?Oxbow, 4mer trucker, wore out and 1 other person Thank this. -
Home. Hopefully.

I've truthfully never found Dallas to be that bad. Just gotta avoid it at rush hour like any other major city. Construction has never bothered me. Just happy I don't need to freeze my toes off anymore
1951 ford, whoopNride, 4mer trucker and 1 other person Thank this.
