What I needed was @Ruthless's new ride for this load.

Does your station have the boats and all that kind of stuff for water rescues?
-
Station 3 at the south end of town has the rescue stuff. They're closer to the river and are a 6-7 man station. We're only a 3 man station. 1 guy out here is rescue trained, I'm a hazmageek and the 3rd guy just took his 12 month probationary test this morning.wore out, BigBob410, Crusader66 and 16 others Thank this.

How do ya like that wagon? I’ve never pulled one but I like the rub rail deal. Looks like it’d be real hard for a forklift to smash.
Nothin like hooking onto a wagon to go haul a quick load and you can’t even get the hooks through the rub rail. We’ve got a few like that.wore out, BigBob410, Crusader66 and 12 others Thank this. -
Yesterday I thru the tarp and pulled two side boards for 1 skid. Dumped it off 74 miles down the road. Yes it was worth it, but wish I had my pickup instead.wore out, BigBob410, Crusader66 and 13 others Thank this.

Got empty in ft Wayne, IN and reloaded about 50 miles away. 5 skidded coils. Then down to Indy to grab a part for the conestoga. I’m dumping this in the morning then meeting the driver that needs the part at a shipper we are both picking up at. Looks like east Iowa to east Washington state. 1900 miles for Monday 11 am appointment. Going to be close on getting a 34 in there sometime!
I really don’t want to run recap next week.Little snack after tarping.
meet up with my wife in town for sume grub and drop my paperwork on my way through.

Pretty much only had energy to eat and hit the hay last night. Made North Bay. Made Santorelli's Husky in Thunder Bay today. 695 miles in 12h25m. Average of 56.5 mph. Oops. That's a little fast, lol.
Not bad for 5.5 mpg at 97,000 lbs gross. I really am starting to prefer the 11 (again?). It's so much flatter than the 17.BigCam9670, wore out, jamespmack and 14 others Thank this. -
