Ayup. I just built it up slow, bit faster than if I was pulling a hill loaded. No questions asked about not standing on it. I was on my best behavior lol

Good deal. I don’t know about yours but mine blows a fair bit of smoke when ya stand on it. Don’t know if that’s allowable or not.

 

He said plenty of trucks blow smoke and still pass. No smoke w no load, I was watching.

Yeah they tested my old kitty in NY a few years back. I failed miserably. It looked like a tire factory was on fire. The EPA tree huggers jumped in their vehicles to escape the particulates. The smoke has only now begun to clear.

 

Your’s is pre emission so it must not.
