What's it with drivers who think I want to hear their whining dribble when I'm doing laundry? Guy goes on and on about how it's bs this one specific truck stop only has three washer and dryers for the 2 million drivers in this country... I laughed my way outta that room.

Good grief. Sometimes I just get tired about hearing how much this industry sucks from drivers who are too broke to hang it up and go home... I don't get it.

20171119_172316.jpg 20171119_171655.jpg Did a little project today. Bought this 99 dually a while back. It had rust on the bottom of both passenger doors. It was ate up pretty bad. Cut all the cancer out and instead of buying junkyard doors I came up with this idea. Redneck body repair.

Out playing in the 6" of fresh powder we got so far today. There's 4 super b's spun out on the hill, blocking 2 of the 3 lanes. They're out throwing the single chains on and this guy with a winch truck, tandem jeep and 16 wheel rgn with a 350 hoe loaded on just walks right on passed them barefoot. That dude knows what he's doing.

Bottoms of the doors and the bottom of the tailgate were horrible for rotting out on those trucks. I washed mine out door gaps and all at least once a week in winter and even then it still got rough there after 3 winters. I would wash until I got nothing but clean water out from every nook and cranny I could reach with the hose too.

This is the only rust I found on it except for the bed around the fithwheel hitch. But I'm not going to use it just bumper hitch. A nice thick pc of 3/4 plywood will fix the floor in the bed. I just bought for a work truck. Just don't want to dump a bunch of $$$ into it.

I don't blame ya. They're a decent truck. I had a few transmission problems on my 1500 of that vintage. The rest of the issues were just because of neglect by the previous owner.
