Caterpillar gives you the stickers for free. All I had to provide was a ECM readout that's less than a week old. Ordered them on Tuesday from Wheeler Cat in SLC and they were in my mailbox on Saturday.
Did I mention my friend had a '99 Pete with a Cat in it? You see where I''m going with this...we painted his engine and needed new stickers.cke, peterbilt_2005, 7-UP and 21 others Thank this. -
Pretty much. There are pluses and minuses to living on either side of the border. Free healthcare is great, but Manitoba has the worst waiting times in the country. People die waiting for MRI's for instance.
But I've got deep roots here, a lot of family and many friends across both sides of our relationship. My wife has a job she loves and I do too.
And I'm not too fond of the political climate in the US right now, scares the hell out of me. At least in Canada we've got a bunch of panty-waists arguing about pronouns in parliament rather than passing laws limiting the rights of citizens.
Both economies are in the toilet and circling the bottom of the bowl. I wouldn't gain anything taking a huge financial hit to move everything south, only for better trucking opportunities. If I were single and unattached, it wouldn't be such a hard decision.cke, Boardhauler, Tug Toy and 11 others Thank this. -

..... I spent many days drilling the holes in the ground for the hydraulic cylinder to shove them up and down. I was full of piss and vinegar at that time. Drill steel for the hydraulic Rig we built to go inside the building, had 5 ft stems that weighed 615 lbs each. At that time I was strong as 3 rows of green onions, use to stand them up and walk them though a building like an oxygen bottle, but not anymore. We bought a new drill that would go through a 36" door. We called it Robodrill lol, I even used it in the coal mines. Most holes were drilled after the footer was poured. Otis, Dover, Able, and Murphy were our biggest customers.
