@cke I'd start off with swapping radiator caps but I'm kinda tight with my money so would just run it loose a day or two.

 

Crack in head, crack is tight when cold opens when hot, my guess. Or head gasket same deal cold it seals hot it opens up.

 

I'm always tight with my money. That is why I would fix it sooner than later. Later is a bent rod, broke piston, Hole in block.

 

I hate to hear this. If you don't have external leaks and is smoking white sometimes or hydrolocking I'm leaning towards a cracked head or head gasket.

 

We always put up old truck pics so here is a old wagon. Mid 1980's in line dumping today. Rare to see original mudflap.

 

My shop floor stays a little cleaner when the end of the month is coming and my daughter's bank account is as empty as her gas tank.

 

Hey, she needs extra $$$ I have a shop floor that has yrs of crud on it and piles of stuff leaning up along the walls......just sayin.

 

COME ON....that ain't work.....where's the soupy mud ?
