Why the long wait?

 

Ain’t much that don’t taste better with gravy for sure.

Mamaw used to make the best gravy this side of the Mississippi, but I was too young and dumb to learn it.

 

I see Admiral Merchants on the sleeper... probably yanks a step or a flat full time.

 

They had me with the maintenance crew learning their job for a week and a half, now I’m in the yard learning to how mid blends of chemicals and unloading train cars, and learning how the whole chemical yard thing works.

 

FOUR WEEKS?!?

4 weeks? What's up with that man?

 

I thought the same thing, until I got here and realized that everything we haul can burn my face off. Or if I put the wrong chemical in the wrong trailer it will eat through it. Or that if I mix the wrong chemicals, or load over something that was in their before, that I could create poisonous gas
