Same here. I keep the valves closed pretty much all year. Dash heat is plenty.
Course I ain’t ever had to deal with a Canadian winter either.

40-50k is what I’m looking at. 2-3 years or from seriously doing it, I think. By then I’ll have the reserve fund and a healthy wagon fund. Course, plans could change and I could get a mortgage instead
