Jeez,Truckdad,I think we got in trouble for talking bad about a 56 year old engine, lol.
I know there's not a huge demand for these, but what would you think the rough value might be if any?
I would love to fire this thing up briefly and listen to it.
And would truly like to see it find a good home between the frame of an old restoration.

Hard to put a $$ amount on that, but I think its worth the most if it stays as a genset if that's the way it came. I got $2500 for the 320 but it had piston squirters which were rare. If someone wanted to put it in a 61-62 truck, he would want to tear it down & rebuild it so he knew what it was. There were some differences between the industrial and automotive engines from what I have heard.Feedman, Tug Toy, Crusader66 and 14 others Thank this.

I think I’m witnessing a millennial male be the fourth wheel in a three-way lesbian night out.
Painful to watch, really. But how far do you gotta go to get yourself in that situation?
Either that or he pissed off his girlfriend... who is now drunk enough to flirt with her two “girl friends”
I’m getting my entertainment for the night... -
Im too young, but recall dad, grandpa talking about having them all jucied up rolling down the road with a couple feet of flame coming out of the stacks before turbo days.Tug Toy, Crusader66, johndeere4020 and 15 others Thank this. -

In my early days I drove a 54 freightliner with a 220, we usually used it for a local truck to load trailers at the sugar plant. In the evenings coming back to the yard it was easy to see a 1' flame out of the short stack. So much hot unburnt fuel in the exhaust...1951 ford, Feedman, BigCam9670 and 16 others Thank this.
