Life is good, we won in a close game last night, (hello semi finals), and gas prices are down.

Remember that he's in Texas or Oklahoma.

I could do tanks, but not squeezing into those tiny gas stations in such a way that allows only backing out as an exit strategy. That isn’t worth the money.

Oklahoma... The land of tornadoes. :biggrin_25524:

Fuel prices in PA are even higher than ours. Diesel jumps at least 50 cents at the border.

Funny thing about gas station work is all the dam cars seem to have no problem letting you in to the station to deliver, but when it comes time to leave they all dont give a F. They are in your way.

It's like they got what they could get out of you, now you're worthless to them now that you have nothing to offer since you unloaded lol

The slips were almost a given to be frozen up. I have seen the joints fail. Mostly all because of poor maintenance practices. When the slip freezes up it can wipe out ujoint. And its darn next to impossible to remove driveshaft. I have seen then wipe out rear trans bearing, and P/D front bearing. I would like them better with grease zerks! There greasless s-cam/slack has caused alot of wheel end fires. Again they should have been torn down and regreased at 500k. But they claimed a million when they first came out. I had a fleet I worked on that at 20k miles you couldn't turn the adjuster on slacks! Left a bad taste in my mouth. I put zerks in them. They claimed you voided the warrenty. I claimed I didn't need warranty with a wear items especially with a decent PM program.

I passed a Carroll fuel station on Pulaski Hwy last night that had diesel for $2.89. That’s the cheapest around, and will likely remain so until the day I need some. :biggrin_25523:
