@Rontonio , we just happened to have had a mess of food left over from dinner so my wife made up a big ol plate complete with homemade cherry pie and apple pie and even had a big ol ham bone for Zoe and I was going to surprise you. I know you said you were okay but I wasn't doing anything else so I figured I'd run that plate of food down to you and I get down there and you weren't there, I even drove down and checked the scale house to see if maybe you had moved down there. I had just assumed that you wouldn't be running on Thanksgiving day but I guess you were.

Sorry I missed you guys maybe next time, now I've got to eat all this food! Lol

Fortunately I won't be on 35 at any point this trip except the last 6 miles from I-20 south on 35E to home. I prefer the back roads from Tulsa to Ft Worth, much less traffi, more professional drivers and a straighter line.

 

Electronics....... these pictures are taken exactly 1 minute apart, how much have I driven since midnight??

 

I am so sorry - that was incredibly kind of you. Zoe and I went to the rest area at the 3 mm because the grass has no thorns.

Thanks Shooter, just tryin to make being away from home, regardless of how big or little that may be, a little more bearable for someone because I'm able too today.

I was really looking forward to Zoe's eye's when she saw that hambone, lol.

Yeah, ours slide all the way to the end of the frame where our RGN ramps are. No weight so I just left it back there.

Today, same as the past few years, we helped prep complete meals for the needy and delivered them. I had a real good time with the girls doing the prep. I didn’t enjoy delivering the meals. In years past, it was great to feel good about helping people in need. This year we delivered several complete meals, and I couldn’t help but feel like “wt f, these places are nicer than ours by a bunch”

Not a good place to be mentally.
