Thanks man. At the time My dad was working in the west Texas oilfields as a field supervisor and quit immediately to come home and help me. His boss had gone threw the same with his own son and bought my dad a plane ticket home. All because of a girl that broke my heart. That's how it starts for a lot of people. I've lost 6 friends to heroin. It still haunts me to this day. At least 2-3 times a wk i have dreams of using. Never went to see a shrink or any meetings. I got myself into it, im getting myself out of it on my own.

Seeing your best friend dying on your bedroom floor is something nobody should have to see. He's now clean and has 2 kids. The one positive thing that came out of this mess is I learned some valuable life lessons that you wouldn't understand unless you've gone threw it your self. If i could quit cold turkey then everything else that life throws at me I'll be able to handle.

To anyone young that might read this remember your not invincible, I know you think you are just like I used to think. Back then my motto was "if your not on the verge of death your living" boy how wrong I was.

Sorry for hijacking your thread guys and thanks for the positive comments. If I can change my life around anyone can. YOU just have to want it bad enough. And ONLY YOU can change that, rehab/AA/NA won't do squat if deep down you truly don't want it

Thanks @wore out, never have a problem piling! Have to give the kids at elevator a swift reminder that I only want a full trailer, unlike alot of there other trucks only want 950bu of corn.

Certainly wouldn’t be the first time I’ve heard of the govt doing a study on the outcome of a study. Tough to pay taxes when morons are in charge of it.
