Tonight's bachelor pad restaurant food porn. Had every intention of getting creative tonight but the day went to crap. Load to Canada canceled so I've been home 3 days when I could have been working. Seems to be the same thing every time, get in position then they cancel less than 24 hours before it's supposed to go.

Then the ex texts me and wants the rest of my stuff out of her shop immediately. I was going to put it into storage but she stood there along with our adult son and they insisted that I could leave my airplanes and such in the shop as long as I needed. I have no intention of leaving them there longer than necessary but I also don't like the idea of driving a uhaul this time of the year through the Rockies. I should have went with my gut and put them into storage but now I have to take more time off to go get them.

So, with all of that, dinner became something pretty mundane, center cut sirloin with a cream pan sauce, steamed broccoli with hollandaise.

 

I’m in a similar precarious situation

What does that coffee brew taste like? I'll have to buy it sometime and give it a try.

 

What cut of meat was that @SAR ? It almost looks like a big brisket?
