...so that makes TWO aliens amongst us. You and Tugger need to swap stories...

I’m not married but we went to look at new washer and dryers when I was home last...

Can’t even do that without being ridiculed...

You and I have had some similar ways of thinking lol.

About 25 years ago I drive a 1978 International Scout ll. 304 / 4 spd. My freind Roy and I had been raising hogs for quite a spell, we got to setting around the home place sipping on some stump water, and just decided we needed a couple more shoats. Knowing the cattlettsburg auction was that day we jumped in the Scout and headed to KY. Roy was bidding, and I have no clue what Roy was thinking.... these hampshire shoats came through, and I guess I just didn't hear right when the gavel went down ! We ended up with 6 35-40 lb shoats in the back of the Scout! Talk about an experience, 20 miles of I-64 and 6 miles of 2 lane. Those crazy things came around the bench seat in the back, and was determined to ride shotgun!!! Just glad Roy was there to keep pushing them back. I can imagine your ordeal with a calf!!

    She drove.

She always drives when I’m home. Even though I’m carsick after 10 miles...

“You need a little more truck driver and a little less Paramedic in your throttle foot, babe.”

    “What’s that supposed to mean?”

“It means the vegetables won’t die if we’re a little slow getting home...”

    :D

The Ex aka Mrs Potato Head didn't know the word "coast". Heavy on the throttle or heavy on the brakes. No in between ever. Unless she was doing 80+ on the Interstate. Warped the rotors all the time and still wanted to argue with me about it. Even though the rotors proved my point.
