Yes those are various kinds of bits leaning in the picture....

@rank if you look just below the threads you see a flat spot? Those are wrench flats. There will be a wrench flat (2 sided) or a square (4 sided) on the drill stem screwed to the top of that bit.... just like using 2 crescent wrenches with the handles spread apart to loosen or tighten the threads. Keep in mind a chain wrench which acts just as a snap Binder is hooked between the 2 handles, the chain wrench usually has about a 5-6 foot handle so you can really put the squeeze to it!! below that flat is about a 3" wide groove running down the bit, that is the "water way" it helps in mixing the cuttings with the water making a thicker slurry, which aids in bailing the cuttings out. If it's to thin the cuttings will settle to the bottom by the the time you get the tools out and the bailer in the hole. Wish I was still able to carry a J wrench on my shoulder, :( but then again maybe doing that is why I can't anymore? We gotta take care of ourselves brothers...!!!

I got to thinking and found this since I don't have any pics close by.....

This will give an idea on using the J wrenches.

I thought that style was one piece. I looked at a set before I bought mine dont hold me to it but I was thinking so. That's what made me pony up and buy the buckets I have with headlights I didn't want and then buy the cat eye style light and put in mine.
